Most of our itineraries are designed to suit anyone reasonably healthy. Average cycling per day is usually between 30-65km with a bias towards cycling on the flat or downhill, mainly on tarmac or some good quality dirt roads, suitable for hybrid bikes. On most trips there is vehicle support available. All tours are very flexible to be adapted to your needs – just let us know about your client’s profile.
2-4 hrs cycling per day, max. 40km and +200m, generally on the flat. These trips can be enjoyed by anyone who leads a reasonably active life and no special preparation is needed.
3-6 hrs cycling per day, up to 65km and +500m, with some more hilly and uphill sections included. These trips should nevertheless be no problem for anybody reasonably fit.
Up to 7 hrs cycling per day, up to 100km and +1.000m. With longer uphill sections. Stamina is very important here since you should be prepared for several consecutive days of more challenging rides.
